Is it worth updating CFW 4.84 to 4.88?

Hi, I have a PS3 Slim which have installed CFW 4.84 Rebug, I have it since last summer and I would like to play online but Sen Enabler hasn't been updated since 4.87 spoofer was released, so I want to ask, is it worth to update to CFW 4.88? I'm not very knowledgeable on PS3 scene and I don't know if there are big differences between these versions. Right now I can play PS2 games and that's the other thing I'm interested about this

The main advantages of Evilnat 4.88.2 over Rebug 4.84.2 are the easy access to PSN, the built-in safety checks, the new features in Cobra 8.3 and the new options in CFW Tools (some require Cobra 8.3 or the new xai_plugin).

Rebug 4.84.2 lets you use Cobra 8.3 or the new CFW Tools doing some customizations,
If I recall correctly it also let you go online if you switch to DEX.

If you don't need the debug features in Rebug, Evilnat 4.88.2 is an excellent option.
