Currently trying to convert the 1.14 US update for Outer Wilds into a EU update so that I can play it with the DLC but I keep getting a CE-34878-0 error message as soon as I try to launch it, even after re-marrying it with the base game. I also tried changing the region for the DLC with PS4 AIO, but then I get this:
