PS3 is there a sega saturn emulator on PS3

No, there's no Saturn emulation on PS3 at all. You really can't find good Saturn emulation other than PC. You don't need anything like a $1000 PC though.
 
To correct some misinformation ( as there is an emulator)
There is a Saturn Emulator for the PS3, but its about useless in terms of playing a game and enjoying..

It has very low FPS and is very very very slow (if a game does load, very few will even load.)
bubble bobble was one game i knew would boot.

The last Mednafen port from Robo Hobo has an experimental Saturn core.
It need bios (even bios screen is choppy and slow if i recall)
 
I just looked at latest Retroarch for PS3 I'm not surprised I was wrong as I have a gaming PC and don't emulate on PS3 however effectively it's the same thing if it's not playing any games it has no use at least yet.
 
have found a small project called Saturn station though theres no release for it
