PS3 Is there a service like gta:og? (No 3TA please)

Is there a service similar to GTA:og? What allows you to play the complete GTA online for PS3? I'm asking because 3TA doesn't convince me (since it doesn't hold the character and you can't do heists) And I want to play THAT gta with my friends

Don't worry, someone will eventually restart a service like GTA:OG was, I enjoyed my little time on there too.
