is there a way to install trophies from a trophy.trp file?

title says it all; is there a way to install trophies from a trophy.trp file? like how they'd normally install with one of those "Installing trophy data..." loading bars where they're installed to your profile trophies and signed and whatnot. thanks in adavance!
 
The only thing you can do it use trophyisgood but it only unlocks all trophies for the game. If you are trying to merge two profiles it may work but I doubt. Last time I looked it just unlocked all over game. This is the "safest" way as it doesn't give them all the same time stamp. That being said it is risky to do so as Sony will ban you if caught toying with the trophy data. There is also a pluginphat hdoes it per game but they all share the same time stamp. @DeViL303 made a PKG not long ago perhaps he could share that again.

thank you very much , but i have already tried trophyisgood and it needs folders. i plucked the trophy.trp directly from a game. i used a program called TRPViewer to extract the contents, but even with the folder extracted trom the trophy.trp using TRPViewer I get an error from ps3trophyisgood...

I am thankful for your effort :) but this one seems way too dangerous of a method...and you can't even configure it manually lol

i guess i should give a bit more info:
i need to be able to install a trophy set directly from the trophy.trp install file because the game is closed and you can't install the trophy file at all anymore because the game won't launch!
 
I'm not really sure about this as I've never looked for trophies, but trophies may be in the metadata indexer as well. there's no safe way to manipulate that file. it's not a .db file like with the vita and the ps4. it's kinda a mess.
