Hi after watching video of some idiot who says that "nothing happens if you do "restore ps3 system" option - i did and deleted my jailbreak. I'm a complete noob in this (i bought 149 GB PS3 Slim that already had jailbreak CFW). my software update is 4.76. - any quick tutorial how to do jailbreak? i heard its long and hard process.

if you were running CFW, it should not have lost jailbreak. try reinstalling the CFW pup file (actually i recommend updating to rebug 4.84 rex or evilnat 4.87).
if you did lose it somehow, here is my new guide. the process is simple now. you will need to update to at least OFW 4.80 first to use the toolset.
Can you explain how to reinstall the CFW pup file?. i dont know what any of these words means. i have PS3 for 5 years and used it only to play games that i copied to ps3 HDD - i just found out recently that i have "CFW" with "multiman" - and now after "restoring ps3" i dont have any of it - its just standart ps3 system without any multiman or other pirated programs

Are You always following by strangers advices, without even checking informations first? Well, I strongly not recommending it - for entire life.
You have written in console manual what Restore PS3 System option doing.If You have CFW, You still have it... It doesn't "deleting jailbreak" because it is not possible in this way. You will loose CFW, only when install OFW (from internet, from game disc or USB).
Under game category You should see option called "Package Manager" or "Install Packages" or something like that. Put multiMAN package on USB (FAT32 on MBR, nothing else will be seen) and choose this file to install this application.
