No, 5.05 is the highest that's exploitable at this time. There are private exploits for 5.55 but they might never get released.

well it makes absolutely no difference what FW you are on, the latest public exploit is still for 5.05.

Yes nothing changed. But afaik there is no PUP for 5.07 so you cant use it, it is just available on new Japanese consoles from the factory from what ive read, Its just like 5.05 with a different name.
