is not possible to generate lic.dat with this tools?, ill try to make an offline LIC.DAT Generator tools,

What tools? What do you mean "after bundling into exe"? You need to explain..

Many tools for ps3 get flagged by AV either because their behaviour is close to what a virus might do or because they use files that many viruses usually target.

well you know its weird, i have a console on rebug, my brother has his on lattest evilnat, some games i converted into pkg (cfw2ofw) wont work on my rebug console (it gives me an error code, i think the licence error code i forgot the number), but when installed on my brother's latest evilnat, they launch and work no problem

whats the issue? how can the same cfw2ofw pkg game with the same licence work on evilnat but not rebug?

hmm...i'm not sure. would need to know the error code. (may have something to do with evilnat having updated cobra.)

its Error 80029530, btw my brother activated his evilnat ps3 via psn with his real account, mine used to be, but after formatting, i couldnt activate with my account because of the update, so i did it with react psn, i did it after installing the pkgs, but this couldnt be the issue right? becaus other cfw2ofw games work fine
