PS3 keeps soft bricking

Im hoping someone can help me, everytime i try adding a coldboot to dev/flash/vsh/resources my ps3 soft bricks were i got to reinstall cfw again.
Ive tried different coldboot logos and sounds and still the same thing happens.
Ive tried it with usb and filezilla but no luck.
Anyone know what the issue could be ?

It's supposed to be dev_blind. Dev_flash doesn't have write privileges

I think you told me you used multiman. Near the bottom of its settings tier is a way to enable dev_blind. Disable it after transfer. That could be the reason your system was locking up.

Everytime i enable dev blind it dont appear on multiman,irismanager or managunz nightly ?

evilnat 4.91 2 final also i have 2 hdd that work in my ps3 the orignal and the 1tb one i brought and both work in it.
Im gonna put orignal back in and see if that works

@Evilnat ? I haven't tried that cfw beyond rpcs3, but rpcs3 is very limited with cfw features based on my experiences.

Yeah, you can test the hip-hop coldboot audio I made for you in audacity, but you probably need the plugin for ac3. At least then, you'd know what it's supposed to sound like. I just tagged evilnat in case you're encountering a bug or something. @LuanTeles might have a suggestion as well.

I dont bloody know mate i put in my orignal hdd went into enabled dev blind in ultimate toolbox and went to irisman and it was there

I'd check that first HDD to see if it's failing.

Maybe it was making a bad connection or just at some sort of fluke?
