Hello, I have made an archive of PS3 line/wave files you can obtain at http://connie.nekoweb.org/lineschive
Currently, there is only the large 11mb archive of lines/waves to download. I am working on a keyboard controlled gallery frontend that resembles an XMB to download the lines/waves individually. These contains some Ultimate Toolbox lines/waves, PS3 4K Pro lines/waves, and some others. they work on all firmwares (including 4.91) on CFW and HEN.

to install them, download the archive and open it and find the lines you want. put the lines.qrc file and place it on USB. now, go to webman MOD and enable /dev_blind/. now you can copy the lines.qrc from the USB to "/dev_blind/vsh/resource/qgl/" but before copying, take the original lines.qrc file and back that up to the USB incase anything goes wrong, or you want to restore your original wave. Now reload the XMB fully, either by using the Webman reload xmb homebrew, opening a game and quitting, etc. Now enjoy new wave!

I have created a helper program to assist in the installation of waves files. connie.nekoweb.org/xmbtool.html
I am NOT responsible if your PS3 system is bricked, unusable, or you have to reinstall your firmware. This was your choice and XMBTool and Wavetool are included for convenience only.
I will release the source on Github soon.
