PS1 Looking for a PS1 game about aliens and scientists

On some old demo disc, there was like a ufo alien game where theres ufos flying around and green aliens attacking like a farm in the countryside and there would also be mad scientists with white hair walking around too. It was all sprites.

Anyone remember? i dont know if it came out, it was just on one of them ps1 demo disc.

I think it was the same demo disc with that priate game where you blow up ships and people fall in the water crying for help.
