PS3 Looking for a specific unbricking/downgrading guide

If i remember correctly, @baileyscream had this guide for unbricking or downgrading before coreos flashing existed with @bguerville 's toolset. It was called baileyscream ultimate fool proof guide or something like that and you could download it and install it and it'd have some steps for either unbricking or downgrading the ps3.

Does anyone know where i can find this? Appreciate it

copy both file ,when install from exe both must be on same folder
Add file on exclusion on win10(tested) ,install on any hdd apart from C;\
