PS2 Loose PS2 tray

I picked up a used Fat PS2 with a loose tray, upon close inspection the disc tray guide nubs (two of three) that the tray rides on have broken off. Any ideas on what could be done to replace the broken nubs with something equivalent that is practical, not looking to replace the entire drive as it works. Thanks in advance.

I forgot to mention the model is scph-50001
The disc drive part with broken nubs is called a carrier, can't find the part by itself as it's unique to the 50001, most of the ones on eBay are parts for the 30001 models which had guide rods on the left side of the disc tray, still looking for a viable solution to the missing plastic nubs

I'm really diving into this rabbit hole, as im dissesembling the entire drive to isolate the carrier i come to find this 20 year old ABS plastic is brittle. Anyone know where to find a carrier for 50001? I wish one could just 3d print a fresh one, lol.

I thought I was out of luck since these drive parts are so specific. Fortunately, I found a great store on eBay that specializes in recycling old consoles called 'recyclegamenostalgia.' I reached out to them yesterday, and today they created a new listing just for me. An OEM drive carrier frame is on its way—I'll be sure to post pictures with updates!
