PS3 Made a mistake, facing error 8002F1F9 on HFW 4.92.1

I was having trouble setting up my old PS3 Slim that I just modded on a TV because of the resolution, and from the safe mode I chose restore default settings thinking it would only reset settings like resolution and audio, but I think it did more than I realized. After setting everything up, whenever I tried to play a game it would tell me to renew a license. I overreacted, thought it messed with the HEN I had installed, and thought if restoring default settings did more damage than I thought, I might as well go through the simple jailbreak process again to overwrite/restore anything I messed up. Stuck in my Sandisk Cruzer Blade that had HFW 4.92.1, and tried to do it just like before. Little did I know trying to reinstall it would get me stuck in this stupid error 8002F1F9 loop. This is a cry for help on how to solve this or work around this, I'm really not sure cause most of the solutions for this I see are for OFW or CFW, I'm feelin I might be cooked. I'm not at all experienced with modding or dealing with old hardware, and I'm evidently a bit boneheaded with my decision-making. I really really want to 1. make sure my data in it make it out alive and 2. make the modded PS3 playable again. Any advice?

First, licences are totally unrelated with console settings, so reseting them won't invalidate them.

Second, error 8002F1F9 means a faulty BT module. You must fix it first in order to do the update process.

Yeah, it was a real silly conclusion I arrived at way too fast. I'm not really a pro at disassembly and repair, so that would prove to be very risky for me. Also, is the BT module surely going to fix error 8002F1F9 even if the firmware installation was coming from my flash drive? I also didn't have it connected to any wifi prior.

Hey yall, I actually got it to work and kept my data. I did mostly exactly what this user commented, highly recommend if stuck in this spot :D
