PS3 Making XMB icons and text smaller.

Hello, I'm here today to ask if anybody would know which file is responsible for making the xmb text and icons smaller. I have tried explore_plugin_full.rco and I had no luck. I am trying to make the icons and text smaller. Here is a picture from firmware 2.80 as reference and a picture from 4.92.

Hey everybody. I am here as I have been trying to port the 2.80 icons over to 4.92. I have XForge but everytime I have tried to replace a file in XForge for example a file from a 2.80 iconstex.qrc into a 4.92 iconstex.qrc, XForge will close the file completely. I dont know why this is the case but if anyone could tell me how i'd be able to achieve porting these icons to 4.92 or if it is even possible, that would be much appreciated.

You need to replace them via HxD, xForge has this problem and it never got fixed @pink1

this is a screenshot from 2.80 i believe. some of the icons are smaller and have a softer look imo. they have no shading at all compared to what we have in 4.92.

I had somehow missed this problem. I've got a lot going on right now but would like to look into this as soon as I have some time.

to change the size of the columns, use the files that @LuanTeles mentioned to you. in this case, use xmenu's ScaleHeight and ScaleWidth. you want to lesson it from 1. I don't know how low it can go, but it can at least use hundredths like 0.95. you'll have to mess with it for a bit.

The Save Data Utility icon is different in pre-3.00 firmware too.
