Manage cookies

It is probably not a big deal, but I cannot manage cookies on my tablet.

When I choose "more options":

I cannot scroll down to accept\agree or to do not accept what I want to choose,
no matter if I have vertical or horizontal screen position:

Screen res of this tablet is 800 x 1280 px\1200 x 800 px (depends if it is on vertical or on horizontal position).

So the two-finger swipe doesnt scroll the window? I'll reach out to our advertiser, who originates those cookie popups.

I have tried to scroll the window at the bottom even with two-finger swipe, but it doesn't work.
At least it does not work on Opera Mini:

Anyway here is how it looks on Chrome:

So theoretically it is "drawing" problem on Opera Mini or the resolution is too low for this browser.
