also, dont SNAP at Death_Dealer just because you dont read instructions. If your using a non-ntsc copy then its your own fault it didnt work out of the box, you wasted peoples time because you didnt read so he has every right to be frustrated by your posts.

I said from the start I thought I had a different version and just updated people on how to make it work.

I AM chill brother, dont worry. Just so you know, you are the one that needs to adjust your perspective. I dont really care what your trying to do, you come here, you basically say; "Thanks for the free stuff, oh and your website sucks". Thats the first thing you said to me that i read so you have already rubbed me the wrong way, and id assume Death_Dealer feels the same way. You know....we spend ALLLLOOOOTTTT of time doing this to share with you and you cant even come here and say something positive without being arrogant? Sounds pretty disrespectful to me...and honestly, I am a awesome kind person that helps everyone, but my attitude depends on how you approach me. You should take some pointers from @
GNoon on how to show respect to the people that spent a ton of time so you can even have such things as this. Its guys like GNoon, and others like him that keep us motivated and drive us to continue our efforts. Their positive, and heartfelt posts mean so much more than you would even know. If all we got were people like you that post arrogant things, and pretend to know everything then i would CEASE to release my efforts, as its pointless and frustrating.

NOTE: We are working on adding other lang support, we do not need you to help. We know how to add TRUE lang support and have plans to do so in the future. All your doing is copying our files into your region folder...this is NOT porting for other lang, it called "copying files". smh.
 
Mate I was only taking the piss, I even offered to help out with the website but copped nothing but attitude.
Then explained how I quickly made it work on my English PAL system (for the benefit of other users) and just got yelled at some more.

I'm not trying to be a ***** but just keep getting yelled at for trying to help and share some information.
Sorry we got our wires crossed. I'll leave you to it and quit this thread.

Hopefully mods will come clean this thread up.

Edit: After looking back at the first post about the site I can see why you may if gotten somewhat upset, I must of accidentally wiped a line or two out while typing it up. (I use my.phone for pretty much everything)

I just got ahold of the 1.15 update, im looking to see now if anything needs to be changed. We will release the 1.15 version of the current packs very soon.

MINECRAFT: ELITE EDITION v1.15 HAS BEEN RELEASED!!!
As promised, the v1.15 update is now live. Keep in mind that you need to allow Minecraft to fully update to v1.15 BEFORE installing our mod pack! This is how all updates will work from now on (v1.14 and up). We have added 10 new texture packs, and updated the base to v1.15. Mojang also added new texture pack "Patterns" and apparently some bug fixes. Well, hope you guys enjoy it!

After testing (by two 10 year olds one 8 year old and a seven year old lol) extensive testing lol they have nothing but rave reviews they love it.. The only thing I heard from them because I ask them to tell me if something is not right or acting funny was apparently one of the texture packs the torches are invisible.. Trying to get out of them which texture pack is proving to be more difficult but I'm working on it lol. Install went off without a hitch :) thank you guys again for the large efforts and the updates :)
Downloading v1.15 now I'll report back

Thanks for the report Greg, I'm glad to hear its working properly for the most part. You may notice small bugs like that as we do so many packs its easy for something small to slip through...if you can name the TP thats causing problems ill be sure to fix it asap. Your kids will love v1.15, yours too [MENTION=6]bitsbubba[/MENTION]...We added in the Adventure Time and Mario stuff we were holding on to.

whaaaaaaat? I thought the update was extra large...well our mod pack doesnt touch many of your official files, all you guys need is a unlock. I can do that in 2 secs

Hello, The Mario texture pack is sweet ill be logging some hours into that :) The texture pack in question with the missing torches is "Mirror's Edge. Thanks guys

Edit: Mario texture pack the torches are also invisible

Thanks for this, this is an issue that is still kinds of stumping me on an automated fix. Because the texture pack itself has set a blank image as a torch. For now we will just have to edit in the default torch image to the packs with this issue. Thanks for the report.
 
Minecraft: Elite Edition has been updated to v1.15.2!

We have addressed a few minor bugs, If you were having trouble unlocking minecraft this update should fix that bug. happy crafting everybody...
 
perhaps, to cool down the situation. u guys could use this make_package_npdrm.exe to add a little watermark. I'm trying to come up with a better way to do this to make it unchangeable, but at least u'd know if someone deliberately tried to remove ur name from ur project:

instead of ps3logo.dat, it should create minemod.dat; if u change the .dat to a .png (that's actually what the file is to begin with), it'll say minecraft mod instead of playstation 3. be warned though, it'll create that file for every package u try to create, so it might be best to put it in a folder with just ur minecraft stuff.

Thanks for showing me this, but this situation got way out of hand already. Whats done is done for now. Maybe someday you might see some of my/our work again but its looking bleak right now. Were moving into a different project thats completly unrelated to the ps3:)-Death_Dealer
