PS VITA / PS TV Minecraft tools porting

Hello, I'm PhoenixARC, the current developer of PCK Studio, a program to open, view, and edit skin packs. after some exploring I've found the Vita's PCK Files are slightly different, however the current system that works on XB360, PS3, and WiiU Don't work on the vita. If you're a c# programmer, i'd love a fresh set of eyes on the project, I just can't seem to tackle this issue. just DM me or comment and we can get talking.

Edit: figured it out, it was Little Endian instead of Big Endian(which is what the other consoles use)

So I wanna ask, I've used pck studio and so far it converts textures well enough, but some things come out missing, tested the Greek Mythology pack and I don't see beds texture anywhere to name an example, but notably if I check mobs, then all of them are folders named "mob.png", so "alex.png" and so on. I tested this with files ripped from both the PS3 and a 360 extract from a different patch and the same thing happened on both. Not sure if I'm missing something or need the right version of either the tool or game or if it's just how it goes.
