Multiman Crash lan games HELP

Hi there.
I have a problem running games over LAN.

I connect my Ps3 to ps3netsrv and some games work but some forces Multiman to quit just after connecting to ps3netsrv.
In other words. Lets say in the c:/Ps3Games\PS3ISO i have Little big planet 3 wich work fbe..if i copu Battlefield (and other games ) to my shared iso fo;der, when i start multiman
it crashes as soon as its refreshing game list.

Whats wrong?
i have Habib cfw 4.70 cobra and multiman latest version.

i tried all things i could imagine.deleted multiman reinstalled, changing the iso name to a short one without spaces, changing the port of ps3netsrv with no success.

Please help me as i searched the google many times but i didnt found an answer.

Also i must say that i have webman mod installed and im not able to read any game shared with ps3netsrv, no matter if i checked the search over lan setting in webman setup with proper ip.
So i start ps3 , and i see in ps3netsrv that my console conected to server but no games in psgames in webman.

In setting column in multiman you have system information. Firmware version showing x.xx or 0.00? Also turn off ftp server in multiman (you have one in webman, both can be problem). If nothing help, maybe try difrent firmware. I read somewhere that problem exist after change from habib 4.55 to 4.65 v1.02 ,maybe is firmware related issue.

multiman is 04.66.10 cobra 7.10 and ps3 system information is 0.00 [SC-35 PL3]

i had the same problem with rogero 4.66 (or 4.65 i dont remember)
 
What netserv are you using. I use the nodded one by aldos that supports more then one shared folder as the standard one gave me troubles as well. Also try using the latest version of IRISMAN fork by joonie as it is 100% 4.70 compatible.

Interesting thought. I had an issue like that a while back with multiman. That's why i no longer use it. I did find the problem to be with clearing the cache, and finding which icon0.png or whatever it was stuck on.

Also, I would deduct from your post, that whatever you were copying over, whether individual or multiple files would be the culprit. :)
 
Can you try to convert games to folder format? Place it in X:\PS3GAMES\GAMES folder. Just to figure out is not ISO problem.

I converted the games to ISO with cobra tool (no split to 4 GB parts)l.So i think its not a problem of iso.Why webman now works but multiman exits when i connect to netsrv?
It could be a problem of multiman.

I said this earlier and i'll say it again. One of the very reasons I stopped using multiman was the netsrv issue you experiencing. It can be fixed, but you have to find the misbehaving picture, and fix it in the iso/jb folder

One qestion , where are those misbehaving pictures stored? On the pc or on ps3 in some folder? In ISO folder (on the PC) i have only iso files...i'm fine with webman for now but i want to try to fix multiman.Never knows when ill need it.
 
Its on the ps3, if i remember correctly its a wmtmp folder, and quite possibly a icon0.png file

I think my gow:a was like that and a couple others, i had to remove the files, and rescan, and iti'll build the list and crash, then you see which ones didn't load and one or more of them are the culprit
 
I tried a quick search to find more details, but its been so long i can't find the exact details :(
Truthfully, i use webman for it all now, the only reason i use multiman is to backup my retails :)
