multiMAN v04.82.00 PS3HEN - bug when loading ps1 iso's

I am new to modding my PS3 and I have a few bugged that I could use some help with.
For reference I followed this guide to install PS3HEN and multiMAN:

I have loaded a number of PS1 games on to my flash drive and am currently loading them from my 16 GB flash drive. When I start up multiMAN and start looking threw my PS1 games I saw that some of the games are listed 2 times in different locations (not next to each other). After closer inspection I found that all my games are listed properly until I hover over certain ones. When I do the name changes to a different game I have on the flash drive. As long as I double check I have the right game selected and run it, it normally works fine. However sometimes when I press x on the game to load it in, it would take me back to the PS3 screen and there wouldn't be a PS1 game loaded.

Example:

I have Dino crisis 2
Bunch of games
Bunch of games
Bunch of games
Bunch of games
Disney little mermaid 2

When I hover over Disney little mermaid 2 it changes to Dino crisis 2
At first this worked but then I loaded a few more games onto the flash drive and now Disney little mermaid 2 wont get loaded when selected.

Can anybody help with this one? Also if anyone has information on how to move my games from the flash drive to the hard drive that would also be appreciated.

It maybe a reading issue, your pendrive could be slow AF or need a defragment. It is better to use an external HDD as they have a higher rpm. Try using a different one

Run mM and press Start+Select or scroll all the way to the left and select filemanager.
Double press X on root, it will open up the explorer window.
dev_usb000 is the path to external drive/pendrive, select your game file and press O, then select Copy.
dev_hdd0 is internal HDD, goto PSXISO (or create one) and paste your file there.

You need to place games in their respective folders depending on their type.
  • PSXISO for ps1
  • PS2ISO for ps2
  • PSPISO for psp
  • PS3ISO for ps3 isos
  • GAMES for ps3 JB folder

Thank you! you are a life savior. After moving the games from the flash to the hard drive they work. It also loads much faster so It must have been my crappy flash drive. Although they dont work unless I select hard drive and go the that specific games folder. They still do that weird naming glitch on the main screen. but I can work with this at least.

I have another odd bug. Randomly when browsing the multiMAN menus, it will kick me out of multiMAN and back into the PS# home screen. Do you happen to have any idea why this would happen? Thank you again for your help!

Update to this Unofficial Mm HEN Edition 4.84 and check if it fixes the issue.
 
I tried installing that had I still having the same issue. It feels like its crashing with no error message. I can manage to get it to boot one game if I delete MultiMAN and re install it and let it crash one time then it will let me boot 1 game. After that it will always crash.
