as a background I am a hobbiest , have done many good mods before in past 20 years including dreamcast hdmi , original xbox 128 mb rev 6 difficult most and xbox hdmi , bla bla , cant say all perfect first go but eventually worked.
now what really makes me crazy is the ps1 hdmi from aliexpress !! i wasted 6 ribbon cables , 2 hdmi boards, and its always the same !! there is a short after a while of playing !! iam keeping it open no short with ground its the cable installation over and over !! in best attempt worked for 30 minutes before it started glitching, and its certainly some short because when it happens even composite starts given colors bla bla so its crazy !!
i am using 40 mp digital scope , checked continuity none , what the hell is wrong ?! bad gpu ?! shall i buy another ps1 !? its 5xxx model i think
