hy, i'm new into the forum (i'm from italy so if i say something wrong and my grammar is bad i'm sorry)

so, i have a ps3 slim model cech-2504b , after repasting over the ihs (it's not delidded, stock thermal paste under the ihs) with multiman i tried to understand a bit the temperatures ingame, soo with the fan in webman set at minimum at 35% and a max temp of 65 degrees after one hour of asura's wrath gameplay my temps are 49 degrees (120 farheneit) on the CELL and 59 degrees (138 farheneit) on the RSX.

are those normal temperature? if not i need to delid it?

PS: because i broke 2 other ps3 slim trying to delidding them ( i know i'm an idiot) this time i whould try to take it to somwone with a shop that has the experience and knowledge to do it right, and the ps3 is the model without the cell with the black pastic with bumps

Your temps are great!. I wouldn't suggest you to try to delid your console, more so after your failed attempts.

Just keep it in a well ventilated space, and clean it every year if you live in a dusty place.

You can leave stock fan-curve, for quieter ps3 experience. It can handle high 70s like a champ.
And current temps are good.
With 2500 series, cpu and ihs are soldered together.

If you are super freaky about cooling performance, you can read about lapping.

There not soldered together I delid these consoles regularly, but they do use the pink glue which is a nightmare on the rsx and if not done carefully you can destroy the ram chips on rsx!

Your temps are fine and well within acceptable specs

The heatspreaders are not soldered at all on these models, but they did change the glue on the rsx to a pink type that is a lot harder to remove the rsx, it can be done I've done it plenty times but you can damage the ram chips on the rsx if you are not very careful!

I forgot to say that i have a hole on the upper case part, so the fan can take more air

I think that those temps are because i have a hole on the top case over the fan to Drow in more air, and i studied a bit the thermal design of the ps3 slim, and the air will still be sucked trough the motherboard. Shroud and so cooling vrm and southbridge

I've seen that modifying the PS3 case actually impacts negatively the heat exchange/exhaust. Making holes in the case, huge or tiny, deviates the hot air from the designed path, avoiding some components to get air flow to transfer their heat.

Unless the hot air is blown away in every direction, some parts of the heatspreader could not get air flow to dissipate the heat.

so i tested what you said by using another top plate without the hole, the temperature of the cell passed from 49 to 58 and the rsx from 59 to 65

so for me the temps gotten worse in every way

I don't know what kind of whole did you make to your console. I'm not into case modding.
