Hello! I'm super new to Hen and Webman. I managed to transfer UP1017-NPUB30702_00-GTAIVDIGITAL0001_bg_2_9b064f933b0ec5abb7fea40a8daf7814c46ef332.pkg to my PS3 (/dev_hdd0/packages/)
The PS3 seems to see them correctly because if I go to "Install PKG files --> Install from PS3 storage" (sorry, I have the menu in Spanish so the translation might not be very accurate) I do see the PKG files; however when I click on them and they start to install I get an error message after 14% that says "An error occurred during the install process (80029564)"
I'm pretty sure I'm missing a very important step but as I novice I would simply think it's a matter of just throwing a pkg file and installing it ;-/
I did notice the "ISO" file I downloaded (it was a zip file actually) contained a UP1017-NPUB30702_00-GTAIVDIGITAL0001.rap file that I never managed to get into the PS3 through FTP for some reason, so I assumed it wasn't necessary.
Any ideas on where to start troubleshooting this issue? I've looked up the User Guides in here but none of them seem to apply to my very specific issue (I guess because I'm very novice) so any help would be greatly appreciated.
