PS3 Namco 357B HDD replacement

Got a friend that wants to sell me a 357B but his tekken drive failed. Would a replacement HDD work? I don't know much about this other than what it is since I never had one. But I always wanted the arcade version of this game. Any advice?

Thanks. I passed on it. I did find someone that may sell me a 369. Is there a way to make a multi out of it? or maybe find an image of tekken 6? it comes with Tag 2 but I wanted a copy of T6.
