Need Help! How to put psx games on ps3 internal hdd

I have been trying forever to transfer ps1 games over to my jailbroken ps3 from my usb for FOREVER and i don't get it. I have converted the iso files to bin and cue, moved it over to my PSXISO folder, then the ps3 recognizes it but when i try to launch the game it says:

This operation is not allowed

ISO Type: 13
ISO Path (I): [/dev_hdd0/PSXISO/Spyro the Dragon 2 - Ripto's Rage.cue]
ISO Path (O): [/dev_hdd0/PSXISO/Spyro the Dragon 2 - Ripto's Rage.cue]
ISO SEGS: 1

ERROR: 80010037 (ENOTSUP)

I just need someone to walk me through this because this is driving me crazy.

In French :

Tu lances tes jeux avec mmCM, cela ne fonctionne pas avec lui. Il te faut utiliser le WebMAN-Mod v1.47.25.10 (l'actuel) pour que tu puisses les lancer correctement.

In English via Google-trad :

You start your games with mmCM, it does not work with him. You must use the WebMAN-Mod v1.47.25.10 (the current one) so that you can launch them correctly.

Bruh, did you convery from .iso to .bin .cue? You should do the exact opposite. .bin .cue TO .iso.
Thats why the folder is named PSXISO. Cause its supposed to contain .iso :-p

What is your PS3 using HEN or CFW? If CFW which CFW?

Also which Backup Manager are you using to try and launch the games?

Nope, you don't have to have PS1 games in ISO format in that folder, all the PS1 games I put on my PS3's are in that folder are in BIN/CUE format and they launch fine.

It is using Cobra I think? As you can tell, I haven't done this in a very long time. I tried using Mmcm and webman and I still got errors.

That's incorrect. I even TRIED that just in case I was being a tard, but it just didn't show up at all at that point.

I meant what CFW are you using? REBUG, FERROX? and what version is it 4.8??? Are you using the latest versions of the apps?

MutliMAN and WebMAN should boot them fine, I normally use webMAN to boot them.

I know what you meant, I just don't know the answer. I didn't jailbreak this PS3 myself. How would I be able to tell? Also the apps have not been updated since I got the system which was a year or two ago. So if that's what may be causing it, how would I go about updating them?

Thank you for your patience.

When you boot the PS3 you will see whats called a "coldboot" or "splash screen" with the start up sounds, normaly it will say "PS3" but on CFW the devs change it the name of there CFW. So if it REBUG CFW it will say that.

For what version is installed go to settings on the XMB then System info will tell you what version, or if you boot multiMAN and find system info it will also tell you the version number.

For updating the CFW, I would say go for REBUG REX 4.84.2 or REBUG 4.85 Lite, which you can get from :

https://rebug.me/downloads/

Either will do, I use REBUG REX 4.84.2. Once your CFW is updated then you can go about installing updated app version for what you have.

Most upto date apps can be found here:

https://store.brewology.com/homebrew.php?lang=

If you need help installing the CFW PUP file just let me know, or if you want a more step by step details on updating everything.
