PS3 Need help installing package manager and multiman

So im using 4.84.2 hfw and cannot seem to get the package toolbox and/or get multiman to install. Can anyone help?
 
HFW is not the exploit; you still need to apply the applicable exploit for your console - flash writer for CFW compatible consoles and HAN/HEN for non-compatible. More information is needed on your PS3 model as it's impossible to advise further without more information on your end.
 
I gave this information on a previous post but i have a slim, cech 2xxxa, fully installed, working condition. How do i install the cfw
I already have han, but i camt seem to get it to work
