Sorry that this is so late, but how would I reflash the OFW? I'm new to modding

Download it from Sony's website, put it on a MBR-FAT32 formatted USB disk (name it PS3/UPDATE/PS3UPDAT.PUP) then boot your PS3 into recovery mode and install it from there. Do this twice.
