PS3 Need help with changing the title and serial of a unity game

Hi, I recently decided to port my game to the ps3 for fun and I'm having trouble changing the game title and serial number. I'm making the game in unity and it's asking me for a xml with all of those settings, yet I'm unable to find any exaples of how what this xml should look like.

Any help would be apritiated!
