PS4 Need help with making homebrew

Hey guys, I want to start making private homebrew for myself and I want to know how and what language and things I need. Can somebody help please, Thank you in advance.

Check out the psdevwiki man. You will find all the info you need if you have the skill set to apply the info. It has most everything public there for every PlayStation system.

Well there isn't an exact instruction as you have to know how to code prior. There is no legal SDK for the PS4 like there is for Vita/PS3. This leaves only Sony's official SDK and not open source. So obtained illegally unless you are a dev.
