Need help with PSTV jailbreak

I have a PlayStation TV minimum factory OFW of 3.20 with an official 32GB memory card. Updated to 3.60 OFW performed Henkaku exploit and made permanent with Enso 3.65. Jailbreak went smooth, everything worked as intended. My problem is somehow/someway someone formatted both internal and external memory cards. Now I'm on Henkaku Enso 3.65 fw and only Henkaku settings are available under settings bubble. No Molecular Shell bubble. Any way to fix this?

Do you have any backup? Same thing happened to me on my slim 2k model. Somehow my kid wiped my memory card. Being on 3.65 doesn't allow you to use the browser to install henkaku and molecular shell from there. I never got around to messing with it but I made a back up using open cma and was hoping I could use that to get a file manager back and pkg installer.
I was just going to start fresh again on that system and go back to 3.60 because of the browser entry point always being available there.
Somehow you need a way to be able to install pkg files to restore vitashell or molecular shell. I haven't figured it out bc I never had time to mess with it. Sorry I can't be of more help here but @atreyu187 is who I would ask. He is the most knowledgeable in that area.

Thanks for the quick reply. No, unfortunately I did not make a backup.
Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

You have unnecessary updated to 3.65. Everything and even more, works on 3.60. Yet 3.60 is more flexible in exploiting because doesn't need this shit called CMA/OpenCMA/QCMA (last two doesn't demand fw update to the newest). Speaking of which, Your redemption road is making system backup via CMA app on PSTV side and OpenCMA on PC side, then edit it on PC injecting VitaShell and write it back.

After that, use Modoru to downgrade to 3.60 (but read first if it is safe having custom SBL (Enso)). If yes, then You must read about plugins to allows You play games for fw higher than 3.60 (nonpdrm? refood? I don't remember now). And for Your safety, move VitaShell (it is no longer updating anyway) into system apps partition (You need rw privileges) and rebuild database. Oh, and of course install Enso again (for 3.60 of course, for 3.65 will not work and probably brick the console) if Modoru wiping it out.

Unfortunately I did not make a backup after jailbreak. I no longer have access to unsigned apps on PSTV side.

You will need to update to 3.73 then use this tool to install HENkaku again.

STAY ON 3.60 it is the most stable, widest support and no issues like 3.65

Alternatively you can use SilicaAndPina's tools to inject a backup to install via CMA but it's honestly easier to upgrade, hack, downgrade and enjoy.

or you could always replace near app with vitashell/vitadep, and not all plugins work with 3.60 theres one specific one thats 3.65 only

Well that can be done before losing VitaShell. Honestly 3.65 is pointless nowadays and really no need for it UNLESS you have a Japanese Vita that came with base firmware of 3.65 but no PSTV's suffer from this.

Thank you for the info. This is what I thought I would have to do. Is there a tutorial on this process somewhere?

Then do it now... And edit it on PC... Then write it back to the console. :P

Thanks. Does this tutorial also cover the firmware downgrade process?
Do see there any mention of Modoru or downgrade? No? Then no, it doesn't.

Your main concern is to getting file manager back. After that You can thinking about installing stuff and further hacking.
