I have performed a new build (on an ssd) with a slim ps3, 4.86.1 HFW firmware, HEN 3.0.1 and PKGI. When i install any packages i get the PSN license error. I`m fairly new to this but i presumed that the new HEN would sign the licenses automatically or is that not how it works?
