this is my first time on the forum so I hope I'm posting this in the right place but I'm having a pretty big issue here…
I have been using version 4.90 for awhile now and I'm having an issue trying to update the system and or try to add another (new HEN) update file it says "no applicable update files were found" and even after putting it into Recovery Mode still the same thing that pops up. I have tried a few methods already even unplugging the controller when it pops up but nothing. I wish that I could get some help and info as to why this is happening, I've tried other USBs as well and still nothing. They are Formatted to FAT32 by windows and they are to accurate size so I'm not sure why it's not working, it's showing up under media but there is no media on them. I know that wouldn't matter much but it's being recognized correctly so that's not it you know?
I also am having an issue trying to play ANY games but I can't because everything is gone out of my Game Column and even after Formatting and Initializing the PS3 it still has the JB system update as I'm sure it would since I don't have Sony Official Software but I can't update it nor USB or Internet and I'm not able to play games and I really don't wanna buy another PS3 is there any help I can get I would appreciate it.
