Just curious of how you removed crackle ads. Hate that as there are so many using that app. Even the five minute shorts have two commercials most of the time if they are crackle originals.

I believe the setting is in the same file as Enable PSN. NOT sure I'll have to check when I get home
 
Wouldn't it be better then put the info on wich app's need a subscription i think it would be better for everyone. just my opinion :D
 
Thank you so much Bitsbubba! Now I don't need to update or spoof my CFW every time a new update is released to use Netflix, and that's great because my family doesn't know what to do when that happens and I'm not home (sometimes even I don't know what to do).
 
added to OP:

  • Popcornflix v1.00~No PSN.pkg
  • new links for re-signs
  • info on which require subscriptions
 
While I'm assuming the premade .pkg's you made won't work on ofw, would this work on ofw if i manually placed the modified files onto my hard drive with kakaroto's tool?

not sure as I don't have a PS3 on OFW or have used kakaroto's new tool, but it does sound like it might. If you do try and get it to work let us know
 
Hi bitsbubba, and thank you very much for sharing your custom pkgs :)

I've always used Netflix along with Unblock-Us, in order to not be limited to my country (France). But now, using your package, Netflix doesn't seem to respond to Unblock-Us: I can only watch the shows allowed in Netflix France.
Do you know why it is so? Could you help me?

I'm sorry, I didn't get your suggestion. Are you referring to the region I'm using through Unblock-Us? It's the U.S. But now it only shows me the French one (since I'm in France). What you meant by using the region I had before?

EDIT: Netflix won't start anymore :( This error appears: "To play this game, you must insert the following disc. Insert the disc, and then start the game again. (8001003D)".
