PS3 Not neccesarily an issue, but a question about wMM

Basically, i was just using my ps3 normally until at one point, the "WebMAN MOD settings" thing from the XMB were gone.. this isn't a big issue for me(because wMM is working otherwise excellently), but i just wanna know if this was intentional or my console is weirding out?
