Its just titles of the normal items. if you make the date for the xml items recent or in the future, then you will get scrolling text.
Ah, so it will not work as i was thinking, i was thinking in just add texts to show in the info clock, but they need to be itens in the what's new
I was thinking about only pushing the texts to the info clock.

The download link is dead.

Devil's website is down and psx-place is using HTTPS now, the mod is not compatible anymore.

Or at least put it into some kind of an archive?
IMO, the best approach is to archive it, or add a warning that it's obsolete. It's still nice to be able to browse through the discussion page and download to see the files for curiosity sake.
Also, the sprx is not longer compatible with newer firmwares
