PS2 OEM PS2 Network Adapter and 320GB PATA drive. Where do I begin?

I have a PS2 FAT model with an OEM PS2 Network Adapter and I've salvaged an OG XBOX PATA HDD that is 320GB. The XBOX drive lock has been removed.

I'm already running FREEMCBOOT.

Where do I go to set up what I need to play my games?
