PS4 ok curious question?

is it possible to port a ps4 save to a steam version of a game that i already have on steam the games are ff7 ff8 and ff10/10-2 cuz i did it with a ps3 save was just wondering if you could do it with a ps4 save

If both versions uses the same save structure, You can use it after decryption.

You can't.

Maybe in future static keys will leak for exported PFS containers, then You will be able to decrypt/encrypt such data on PC side. For now, You cannot either.
