To do that you must run ULaunchELF in your console then go to MISC->Debug Info.

An image like the one below is displayed, in this case for a console ROM v1.50

However, if you can't launch ULaunchELF from your target console, then backup your MC and try with OPENTUNA-OPL-ULE-170.psu or OPENTUNA-OPL-ULE-190-200-220-230.psu, one of them should do the trick.

Ok, everything points to your console is ROMv 1.90, then use OPENTUNA-OPL-ULE-190-200-220-230.psu. And please try with no USB pendrive nor MC nor HDD plugged into the console.
