Nowhere yet. It's in development, so it will be release in future.

I believe it will be on main page of psx-place.com, so check it from time to time. ^^ Month, maybe two, maybe earlier. Hard to say, exploits are ready I believe (@HWNJ ?), GUI gfx is ready (my part in participation in this project), GUI coding is in progress and this part is always mostly time consuming.

Thanks for the information - I will wait for the news. I have a chip-based 77008 slim version and a Chinese memory card without Magic Gate. At the moment I am using FCMB for Fortuna and the current version of OPL. None of the options work, FCMB 1.9.X is not installed directly. I would like to use something new and interesting. Good luck to the developers!
 
Fortuna and it's forks is not for You then. It is for peoples with incompatible consoles with FMCB (firmware 2.30 or 2.40).

Burn Free DVDBoot on DVD-R, it will boot into uLE (a file manager), put on pendrive (FAT32 on MBR, nothing else is supported) FMCB Installer and by uLE run it ("mass:/" is Your pendrive). Just install Free McBoot and You will get direct booting FMCB during console start with inserted Memory Card.

Since the Memory Card is a Chinese one without Magic Gate, FMCB will not install in there. His only options are exploits like OpenTuna, which not needs MG at all.

This is how I tried to install FMCB. But not a single method known on the Internet helped, since when installing FMCB of any version, it cannot find Magic Gate. Disabling and enabling the chip doesn't help either. That's why I use Free Mc Boot for Fortuna and it works.

Exactly. I have been studying this question for a long time and have tried different ways to download exploits more conveniently. But still in search of something more interesting and new. Although I have already ordered a memory card that supports Magic Gate.
 
Oh, this information somehow I missed. Yeah, without MG, OSD Update is doomed.

Good luck. It is not easy to find original Memory Card or good enough imitation.
 
Hey Berion thats true because i bought i think over 40 memory cards and they didn't work with free mcboot and i didn't know why until i learned about magic gate

If you have a matrix infinity ps2 you can use the non magic gate memory cards with cupy mcboot 1 2 and 3 these are clones of free mcboot and they have some good graphics
 
hello guys
i want to report an issue regarding OpenTuna.

the issue is that after few restart ps2, the exploit when you go back from memoy to execute the exploit to run OPL , it gives a frozen blackscreen several times even after restarting.

i faced this issue on Fortuna version when i directly let OPL instead of wLaunch. somehow it does currupt the files even though its already exist and nothing is deleted ( i used 2 memory cards so i can check the other one )

so after trying OpenTuna yesterday i though its already solved this issue because OPL was the first launch.

what i did:
- restarted many times ( still blackscreen)
-tried to run wLaunch by pressin "Circle" ( gives black screen)
-i restared again then did it again to run wLaunch (it worked!!)
-i restared to confirm then OPL worked like before without changing anything

**i don't really know what cause of this and why it solved itself after manging to run wLaunch saccessfully

Thank you for reporting the issue, I'll reproduce it and try to figure out its cause to fix it.

it happned exactly after save up GTA for the first time. i don't know if it a random or can be reproduced .. but i can confirm it happened to me many times in Fortuna when i put OPL as Boot thats why i avoided OPL as Boot file.
and this time with OpenTuna.
Try this
-save OPL settings
-it might happned in a memory that has no System save file
-save a new game first time

Did you permanently lose your game saves or OPL settings or was it a temporary issue?
