Ok so, all development should be redirected to ps2homebrew as of now?

Would belek666 be a possible invite to the ps2homebrew github given his work with OPL (and noting that other non-OPL projects were listed there, like SMS to which he has also contributed updates for compatiblity with newer ps2sdk)?
