PS2 Opl GSM strange behavior

Hey all I'm new to the whole homebrew ps2 things so it is entirely possible that I just broke something and did something wrong. I was trying to force my games into running the 16:9 aspect ratio which I successfully did with the HDTV 1080i 60hz settings but I noticed that my game seems like it's running fast I'm not sure how else to describe it. If anyone has an ideas I'm open to suggestions because well I don't entirely know what I'm doing

I suppose your games are PAL and hence they run 17% faster when you do that...

I haven't tried it on my other games. My ntsc should be fine then? I also thought all my games were ntsc I suppose I'll have to double check

Most of them (NTSC) should be at normal speed, as long as the mode works.
