PS2 Opl not loading artwork

PLEASE HELP I have a 2 tb hard drive installed in my fat ps2 I'm using the newest verison free mcboot. Long story short I load up my ps2 games on the hard drive used opl loader to get artwork. I followed every tutorial I could find (started with the Blaine Lockliar video on youtube from a year ago) about adding artwork to opl file on hard drive. I copy the artwork to a usb drive plugged it into my ps2 and transfered them to the art file. When I load up opl my games are there and work find however I am not getting any artwork. I reformatted my hard drive multiple times and started over and nothing. All my enable artwork settings are on in display settings in opl. Alsoi checked inside the art file in my ps2 and it does have the files in it. Any help will be very much appreciated.

Along with that issue when I transfer my cover art from my over to my art file usb drive to my ps2 hard drive it will continuously ask me if it's OK to transfer files. Since I'm having trouble I'm only transferring artwork for 3 games however with the disc, case, and screenshot there are a good bit of art files to transfer over. After about 4 or so files copied it asks again for permission to copy files over. Again please help
