PS2 OSD-XMB theme icons template

Like in case of XEB+, I prepared template and script for OSD-XMB to help people making their own themes for this dashboard. Script is for CMD only and dependent on pngquant. User must cut iconpack file in PhotoScape v3.7 (split by 128x128, more details in tutorial for XEB+).
