PS3 OUT1-u and OUT1-d of IC6301 are not outputting the correct voltage

I am facing this weird problem that causes syscon error A0202120/A0213013. I have checked F6301 and F6302 and they are fine (not blown). Upon checking, it seems the MOSFETs are not getting the correct gate voltage.

I have checked the following things

• There is 12V before Q6304 but nothing after it.
• There are no shorts across the MOSFETs (Q6304, Q6302 and Q6306)
  
• Q6305, Q6303 and Q6307 work perfectly and get their gate voltage from IC6301
  
• R6337 shows 11ohm
  
• All the measured values are shown in the attachment.

Any thoughts on this?

I have done about 20 successful RSX replacements after getting 3034 errors. Some had additional issues of course but there is one maddening problem I have with this very error on about another 10 boards that I've done....every single one of my RSX replacement from 3034 that has failed has given me the dreaded 3013/2120(repeated about 10 times). None of them seem to have bad fuses and Ive tried replacing caps C6320 and 22 I think? (next to the mosfets) as well as F6302 fuses with new parts and none of it worked.....You are the only one Ive seen online looking for thi answer
