R Robbo Member Mar 23, 2024 #1 Hi All, I have tried to put a PAL BD400 drive (think it's from a CECHC03) into a CECHA12. Connected hardware-wise fine with the cables etc. The PS3 boots etc but cannot put a disk in the drive etc. Have I missed something?

Raidmax Member Mar 23, 2024 #2 You have to remarry the drive if you haven't swapped the PCBs on the bluray drives.
