PS3 Patch NAND Flash Memory freeze

I watched a tutorial on how to jailbreak my console and as I went through the video I did everything and when I got to "Patch NAND Flash Memory" my console freezes instantly. My ps3 is able to downgrade to 3.20, any help?

This is the only sticker on it, I think I had found out it was NAND but wasn't sure so I tried NAND and Nor

Assuming that you check minver by using PUP, and result is 3.20. Then you should use NOR patcher. BTW. Don't follow any steps when you are not even sure what console/memory chip type you have. Is easiest way to brick.

I've tried Nor patcher but thanks, if anything I'll try and install the 4.82 ofw twice and restart.
