PS2 pcsx2 (This Is football 2004) on athlon 64 x2, is there a way?

Hello, I wish to play This Is Football 2004 (World Tour Soccer 2005 in North America) with PCSX2 on my retro PC (Athlon 64 X2 5600+ 2.9 GHZ, 2 GB ram, Asus Radeon HD 4670 1GB, Windows XP), but emulation is really slow, CPU stays on 85 - 90% usage, video card doesn't go upper than 45%. I tried to change all the settings like cycle rate, but nothing works, can't go higher than 24 FPS when 4 or more players are on the screen and sound is sluggish. On the other pc (Intel Core I5 3570, 8 GB ram, Nvidia GeForce GT 1030, Windows 10) works fine with 3x resolution scale. I know i could just use the other pc, but doesn't look like a heavy game, maybe the emulator is not optimized for it. I tried different versions of the emulator like pcsx2 xp and tried old versions like 0.9.8 too. Is the athlon too weak for pcsx2? Are there some combination of settings or lighter plugins?
