PS3 Persona 4 Arena eu patch

I have an us version of persona 4 arena, but i can't play it on my eu ps3, is there any way to change my ps's region/delete the region lock?

If you're on Evilnat 4.91 I think it should already include the region patch for Persona.
If it doesn't work or for some reason it doesn't work or you can't update to Evilnat 4.91 then fortunately I've uploaded a game patch a while ago, download it from here:

Just download the file, use 7zip or a similar utility to decompress it and rename to PARAM.SFO, then open the PS3_GAME directory of Persona, backup the existing PARAM.SFO file then overwrite it with the one you've downloaded. It will now boot on any region.
 
I have a superslim PS3 so I can't use Evilnat, and I did see that thread but didn't wanna necropost, but thanks for the guide!

So, it didn't work for me, I don't know if i'm doing something wrong, I did use a pkg to download the game so I changed the PARAM.SFO of the game/NPUB30923 folder, I dunno if that's what i'm doing wrong?

The said file is for the disc version only. If you purchased the game on the US digital store then get a refund and re-purchase from the EU store.
