PS3 PKG Linker 2.0 problem

hi guys, can't find any answers on this

I'm running Windows 10 and I want to install PKG games using PGK Linker but everytime I run the program it only shows an error that PGK Linker V2.0 has stopped working

can anybody please help me out here
