PS3 PKGi-PS3 frozen after deletion of installed DLC

Hi everyone,

Last night I deleted the game data for one of my games. The deleted game data included DLC that I installed from PKGi-PS3. Afterwards, I opened PKGi-PS3 and it froze. I waited and then tried closing and reopening PKGi-PS3 to see if doing so would solve my problem. PKGi-PS3 was still frozen. I tried hard rebooting my PS3 and then reopening PKGi-PS3, but the app was still frozen. I also tried uninstalling and then reinstalling PKGi-PS3, but doing so did not solve my problem.

Am I doing something wrong? Am I shit outta luck? Please help me.

My PS3 is a Slim model and it is running CFW Evilnat 4.90 Cobra 8.4 [PEX] [CEX].

The DLC in question is free DLC which was released for a game that I play on my PS3 and legally own. Clarifying this so I don't get in trouble.

After days of wondering how my issue can be solved, I finally found the solution. The solution is to use PKGi-PS3 with a controller which registers as controller 1. I am used to using anything on my PS3 besides games with a controller that registers as controller 2.
